TERMS & CONDITIONS
By making a booking with NR Jahan Bus Rental Transportation Services in Brunei Darussalam, the Customer or Hirer acknowledges having read, comprehended, and agreed to accept the following Terms and Conditions: In these Terms and Conditions, 'the Company' pertains to NR Jahan Bus Rental Transportation Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, brands, or any entities under which the company operates; 'the Customer' and/or 'the Hirer' refers to the individual or organization making the booking; and 'the Driver' refers to the driver or drivers of the coach, or the operator or supplier of the vehicle. The Company offers transport booking and management services, collaborating with licensed operators authorized by the relevant licensing authority in the respective jurisdiction. The Company manages booking processes, allocates bookings to service operators, and ensures service quality standards. Service operators are responsible for providing vehicles and drivers compliant with their operating licenses and the Company's service quality standards.

Application

These Standard Terms and Conditions apply to verbal or written agreements and become effective upon the Company's acceptance of a booking through the Company's Transporters system. The Hirer remains solely accountable for the passengers' conduct and any additional costs arising due to the Customer's actions.

Pricing and Quotations

Prices remain valid for 7 days from issuance, subject to vehicle availability and possible changes due to external factors. Price changes could result from currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and relevant cost increases. Quotation adjustments may occur for changes in vehicle size, kilometers, hours, or other factors.

Payment

Full payment is due 7 days before the booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company reserves the right to collect outstanding payments from the original credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments may incur processing fees, unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices

Invoices are issued in line with agreed credit arrangements or account facilities. Queries regarding invoices must be made in writing within 7 days from the invoice date.

Booking Confirmations and Amendments

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Booking Confirmation for accuracy and reporting discrepancies to the Company promptly. Amendments to bookings are subject to written confirmation and must be acknowledged by the Company.

Customer Service

The Company maintains a customer service program to address service issues and enhance procedures. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of travel. Remedies or compensation offered are at the Company's discretion.

Additional Charges and Surcharges

The hire price typically excludes tickets, admission charges, tolls, parking, etc. Additional charges may apply for overtime, route changes, and accommodations for drivers.

Vehicle Photographs

Vehicle photographs provided are illustrative guides and might not precisely match the actual vehicle supplied.

Luggage and Passenger Numbers

Luggage and passenger specifications provided at booking must be accurate. Exceeding specified baggage limits may lead to additional charges or rejected items.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation terms are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation by the Company

The Company aims to provide replacements in case of unavailability. If alternatives are not possible, the Company may refund payments and cancel the booking.

Purpose of Journey

Specific events (sporting, festivals, demonstrations) must be notified during booking. Failure to do so might result in booking termination.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or defaults due to circumstances beyond their control.

Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle's use, route, and timing are at the Company's or Driver's discretion. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing for additional hours or kilometers.

Breakdown or Delay

The Company is not liable for delays, breakdowns, or unforeseen delays. It is advisable to consider travel insurance for crucial journeys.

Driver's Hours

Hirers are responsible for ensuring Driver's Hours compliance. Delays might incur additional costs.

Property & Baggage

Passengers are responsible for their property. Valuables should not be left in the vehicle. Property found after hire will be held for 30 days.

Passenger Conduct

Proper behavior is required during the journey. Disruptive behavior may result in ejection from the vehicle.

Alcohol, Tobacco or Drug Consumption

No alcohol or glass products are allowed on the vehicle. Non-compliance with smoking, drinking, or drug rules may lead to ejection from the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

Liability limitations apply to direct loss or damage. Liability for death, injury, and certain circumstances are not limited.

Animals

Assistance dogs are permitted. Other animals require written permission. Animals must be properly restrained.

Enforceability

Illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provisions will be deleted, but remaining terms will be valid.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Brunei Darussalam. The parties agree to the jurisdiction of Brunei Darussalam courts.
